1.  Are my packages discreet? 
Yes, your packages are safely and discreetly packaged with no indication of contents within to maintain your privacy.
2. How long does shipping take, and how much are shipping fees? 
All packages are sent out with Xpresspost shipping (2 days). $20 flat rate. Free Over $150
3. Do you ship outside of Canada, and where do you ship from?

Contact us us at info@themagicdispensary.com. All of our order are sent from the west coast. If you’d like to receive updates, please email us at marketing@themagicdispensary.com

4. Lost/Stolen/Late Packages
Our orders are shipped as soon as it has been placed. If your package is experiencing a delay 2-3 days after expected delivery, we will contact our courier and file a trace and contact you, which can take up to 5 business days. We encourage a “signature” if you are concerned about theft since the magic dispensary’s reimbursement is only available in your account’s lifetime. You will be reimbursed for the amount once for your account’s life time of purchases. In the future, there are no refunds for transactions if late due to any postal issues.
If the re-sent package is lost or confiscated, there will be no refunds. 
5. My order is incorrect, can I keep it or will I get refunded?
If you received an incorrect order, please contact support@themagicdispensary.com. Do not open the package, send the package back and fill out one of the forms. 
6.  What can you guarantee under shipping?
Re-shipping is at zero cost to you on orders up to 100$. You will experience a difference when choosing a “sign for delivery option” that amount rises to $500. If packaged status says delivered or signed by Canada Post or tampered with due to mail theft.  We are not obligated to reimburse any missing deliveries.No Reship For US orders.

7. What are the forms of payments accepted by magic dispensary?
**E-transfer, PayPal, Offline order form, Bitcoin** 
Here is a short clip of how to send Interac to our account. If we do not receive your payment within 3-5 business days, your order will be cancelled. Just as our discreet packaging promise, we believe in protecting the privacy of shipping information, which is only used during order processing. Creating an account is optional; you can check out as a guest. We ask you to allow a few hours to receive and process payments sent through e-Transfers. If your e- Transfer/billing details are different from your submitted order details, we can accommodate those changes by sending us an email support@themagicdispensary.com to confirm the order number the EMT is paid for. 
As crucial as our delivery services and the overall shopping experience is, we also commit to providing fast-paced transactions. We take your privacy and feedback seriously.

8. How do you guarantee the arrival of my order? 
We make sure that the shipping address matches the information you have provided in your order form. A tracking ID is also provided so you can track the delivery status online. We do not have control over the packages once they are shipped and in the hands of CanadaPost. We never had an issue of missing or stolen packages. At most, the package will experience delays due to a mismatch of postal code or incorrect address.
Optional: Add a signature for $2.00 and get full liability coverage for your packages. The name and signature of the person who received the parcel will be included in the delivery certificate. Reshipping is 100% guaranteed and in the event of a lost or stolen package.
9.  Do I need a prescription to purchase products or sign up?
No, anyone over 19 years of age and older can go to our website and purchase Psilocybin Happy shrooming!
10. Is it safe to order magic mushrooms and microdosing products online?
Yes. It’s safer to buy magic mushroom products online than it is to meet your “shroom guy”.”Our products are shipped with the preservation and knowledge of how these products can work and benefit you. Check out our blog for more info.
